Yacolt, WA is found in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains and in the scenic route to Mt St Helens. What do you say Yacolt means or where did the name come from? An interesting story you must research for yourself and a great one at that!

A view from our property that we never will tire of. Mt St Helens is as majestic as they come. Near the mountain you will find an old lava river, ape caves, lakes, meadows of flowers and many hiking trails. If you ever get a chance it is a must see!
Our 14 aces is nestled near the town of Yacolt where we decided to settle in 2017. Our farm life was becoming a reality.
Country life is truly living
Weather
Yacolt, WA is rainy country with an elevation of 712'. In February 2018 we were blessed with about 18" of snow in a weeks time. Blessed with more chores that is. Our neighbors say that it was atypical. Fits us just right as there is nothing typical about us.
